    That's the car my mate sold for 4500 talk about cheaky on price!
    Try to sell for more than double

    I guess he wanted a very quick hassle-free sale otherwise he probably could have got a lot more for it himself.

    I suspect that the real value lies some way between the two. £4500 was virtually a give away though, even with the more expensive tax.

    To be fair, if the guy is a Dealer and it's getting a check over in the workshop and you get a warranty with it, it's probably nearer to £7,995!

    However, if you are buying it without, then it's effectively a Private Sale, which I don't see more than £6,250!
