    Panic mode strikes again.

    This co-operation is instigated by Land Rover. I doesn't mean any job losses in the UK but it will open up a market abroad.
    That market will bring money into the company to invest, which includes the UK and UK jobs.

    So what about the mahoosive engine factory being built on the new i54 development for JLR?

    Case New Holland have a big factory in India, have done for years but the Basildon plant is strong as people what to buy products made (read - assembled) in the U.K. I hate the press, never proud of anything here, always scarmongering and doom and gloom.

    it makes sense to have an additional plant in China - the largest growing car market at present I believe.
    Hope the UK plants are safe.
