    Hello all,

Just a new forum member saying hello and looking forward to participating. As an Australian, I grew up with front-engined RWD V8s - a configuration that is sadly lacking in this part of the world. The way I see it, there's only one antidote hereabouts - a 260 .

I drive an A6 at the moment, and am looking for a ZT-T, since too long ago.

    Regards.

And welcome from Downunder Cambo. Will you bring the nice red ZT-T 260 home one day, do you think? (I'm assuming you will buy it!) It would certainly brighten up our silver-grey lives as well as give those canary yellow GT Falcons and Holden Monaros something to think about!

Cripes, yes! Those canary yellow GTs! And then to brighten up anyone's day is the recently-sprayed-deep-purple Premier, with a blown red motor, 315s on the back, a shag pile carpeted dash and a suitably proud driver called Spiro who will happily tell you she pulls low 9s in the quarter. Fantastic.

Man, I miss the Aussie car scene. My poison was 'ranas and XU-1s. No school like the old school.

    Thanks for reminding me Malcolmr.

But to answer your question, the red was just too red. And I'm just about to zone in on a Black SE.

    Regards.
