But..with our Springs, something must have been wrong with them..in some way ..or else they wouldn't be breaking with such frequency. Just as our A/C Cooling systems have acknowledged faults.yes ? My points are.. why buy what's already broken..because it's in some way a bad design/ or made with bad materials/ whatever, why pay £ 545 plus for a set, why scrat about hunting for odd foreign suppliers- to save money....when we could get a guaranteed supply of..better springs,..set up ??! And..I find it hard to chill out..when going at 140mph plus, or cornering on the limit.. ..with the possibility of your springs going ..s n a p. !!! Harry

At this kind of speed my biggest worry is the tires.

If the suspension is failing I think I would feel it before attacking a corner at the max. (My max that is).

If you want fear, ride a bike with the current road surfaces. Scary. (Trailers/Caravans coming loose off someones car comes a close second)

It is suprising how many cars that have had broken springs but don't know it till the MOT test.

It is normally just a drop on one corner.

    Thank you Fellas

I've ordered the spring from Rimmer Bros part No REB000590 and they confirmed it is the correct part.
