    Thanks guys
    Funny thing is all my neighbours have come out and said how they miss the noise ( it was loud).
    I thought they would be happy!
    I showed the new owner this site so he may join up.
    Hes a car dealer but said he fancied it for his own use for a bit so u never know. If he changes his mind it will come back up for sale over in Birmingham.
