Billberry is very good stuff that i use for normal cleaning of the wheels, but together with iron x afterwards get all the bits that billberry can't.

very quick test run on one of the mini wheels, which are absolutely baked on
ave them a quick rinse, sprayed it on, left it, agitated it a bit and washed it off. a little bit left in the corners but it will clay off. bloody astounding note the attachments are in reverse order !!
