    Been running like that for about a year now. Been fine ever since.
    When I had the misfire and checked the MAF there was no sign of water in the lower bend.

    About horsepower, I believe the general consensus is about 1% powergain for every 10 Farhenheit drop (approx. 6 Celcuis)

    Klaus told me that even with to upper part the water comes more easy into the airfilter in heavy rain.

    Any more experience here?

    I're read comments to that effect, but in 120,000 miles it's not something I've experienced.
