Default umpteenth thread about heater hoses

Hi all, first post by me, i just picked up my ZT-T 260

then the heater hose blew after only 20 hours of owning it (i had been asleep for six of those) and i need it replacing.

i have the OEM part on order from xpart (for £90!!!) and it's due to be fitted tomorrow.

whilst the guys at the garage are getting friendly with my car i'd rather they fit the silicone jobbie, but i can't seem to access the club shop.

can someone PM me details of how i can get my mitts on one please?

    TIA

the car is freaking awesome by the way, most fun i've had since i sold my vx220, but more practical for my soon to arrive son/ daughter i hope!!

    good to know thanks

here's to a less leaky day tomorrow!

glad i found this place, seems like a goldmine for knowledge!

next question, is it worth upgrading my highline tv setup to one of these?

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MG-ZT-Rove...item3a6d05547d

plus points as far i can see:
    they look fancy
my cd drive for the satnav is missing from the car and the analogue receptor won't work forever

negatives as far as i can see:
    none if it works

There's some information on there about these and more on the 75&ZT Owners club, some on here have upgraded to this unit or a varient thereof, others, like me, have upgraded to the later BMW kit with widescreen DVD based sat nav and digital TV tuner, though the latter is pricey

Again I'd recommend full membership to get full benefit of the expertise of the members on here

Oh and it's worth updating your profile to include your location, you can be as vague (county) or detailed (town/village) as you want - it just means members local to you may be in a position to assist directly should you have issues
