Possible sale of #164 (reluctant sale)

Not too pleased about this but due to a family situation I may have to sell #164. I don't really want to but I'm putting this here to see if anything happens.

I've had a few things done since buying 164 only 9 months ago (a couple important bits, read below)

sun roof
Electric seats
heated seats
LPG fitted (80 litre Prins tank)
Xenons with power washers
Auto-dipping mirror
Rain sensor wipers
MOT?ed last month


Recent work:
New rear subframe! Powder coated and treated.
New rear ceramic brake pads
New radiator
Replaced spark plugs and gapped for lpg running.
K&N filter fitted
Serviced in November
Top hose replaced.
Outter track rod ends
Clutch fluid replacement

Very good value for a low milage LPG car with a new rear subframe.
