Unless you've already had the discs skimmed you should be able to skim them, there's a thread here (https://www.two-sixties.co.uk/mgoc260/html/f0rum/showthread.php?t=4532&highlight=skimming+discs).

Handbrake shoes, have they said why you need new shoes, they should never wear out at they only hold a stationery vehicle (handbrake turns excluded of course), usually just a case of poor adjustment, again lots of threads here (https://www.two-sixties.co.uk/mgoc260/html/f0rum/showthread.php?t=4520&highlight=adjusting+handbrake) about handbrake adjustment.

Rear pads, lots of options see this (https://www.two-sixties.co.uk/mgoc260/html/f0rum/showthread.php?t=2785) thread, usually pretty cost effective mintex one's on ebay

Rimmers are listing rear springs here (http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-RKB000820) how true that is I don't know

Hope this helps

Most engineering companies will skim the discs for you. Just ask for as little material to be removed as possible. (This would be off the car)

I would rather have them skimmed off the car.
