looking good. One recommendation with the magnetic badges is to make sure that the surface that they are going on it wiped off first to prevent any scratching.

wiped the surface and the back of the badge !!

Deano78 from the gentlemans club did the groundwork last year with a full machine polish, so its just maintenance now. used the finish kare hard wax, finished off with the fk1000 detailing spray. needed claying really but gave it a miss this time.

looks better of course in pics than close up, cause you cant see the niggly bits. Previous owner did motorway work and the bumper really needs a respray, its peppered with tiny sonechips. also bonnet leading edge needs chips touching up

That engine bay is a credit to you - wish I could get mine half that clean but short of pressure washing I don't think that's going to happen

I don't like pressure washing the engine bay and have never done so. I'm so afraid of getting water in the electrics with such a hard waterjet. I do it the old fashion way with a rug and some detergents.:)
Takes alot longer but keeps it dry!:D

todays rain has been beading beautifully, and left some lovely volcanic deposits

Same happened to me prior to an event a week ago - frantic last minute cleaning to get 'photo ready'

its not going anywhere this week so quick wash towel and fk1000 spritz should sort it. just hope the weather holds out at weekend- its a really good do if its sunny but an hour or two of rain kills the event. also dont want to hae to tarpaulin the stationary engine over .

I've got these if interested. Three sheets left (one already cut out). A sheet has the big logo, 3 small ones, 2 xpower and two "It's a V8 thing"

£15 plus postage each

Two held back for Pete and Jerry as they asked, if they don't want then.
