Found a small seep coming from the heater water control valve. Can this be fitted with new seals? Otherwise works fine

Take it you mean the valve sort of under the n/s wiper around the pollen filter - these are basically crap - made in mexico out of baked bean cans.

Best bet is to replace it with a Black Olive Special PM on way with details

Mine was made out of XXXX beer cans - you can tell by the golden colour...

if the outer seal is weeping, the inner ones willl also be disintegrating.
