Think you need to include a price to comply with club rules

Also I suggest: 1 V Good, 3 curbed (refurb needed?). ;)

How come 3 damaged and 1 like new??
:hug

Can you check the rear rims for cracks? Need a wheel to replace one of mine with a crack. Not desperate though, so if anyone wants the set i wont break them up just yet.

Hi Ian, No cracks - I don't think that any of the wheels has been on a car. The cosmetic damage has come about through careless storage. Regards, Tony.

I don't think that the wheels have ever been on a car - the cosmetic marks are due to poor storage/handling.
One is very close to perfect and the other three, I think that it is fair to describe, as being well above average for this type of wheel.

I sold a similar set (but not as good as these) on ebay a few weeks ago for £431. Not quite what Black Olive estmated at the time, though!

"Ill wager they will go for £550- worth every penny.

mine were £750 for 5, very little use, but did have nearly new tyres

they do transform the look of the cars."

Accordingly I price this set at £500.

Apologies I had used AndyG's previous posting as a precedent:

"Due to the past challenges with the price of wheels, Sealed bids to my PM on this site please ;)"

£500 a little steep, given that they need refurbishing. i would say they have been on a car given they have valves on, and you don't just fit a valve without a tyre. although they are some of the best condition used wheels i have seen.

Problem is stock. It will eventually dry up and prices could start getting very high.

I'd take the best one to replace a curbed one on my car which I'd use as a spare. Got a couple of foreign trips planned and don't want to be without one. So if you do end up splitting them let me know a price. Cheers :)

Will do - at this time I'd like to sell as a set. Regards, Tony.

I bought four with good tyres for £120 each last year. Rims needed a refurb which cost me £47 per rim and they look great. The place I bought them from had quite a few but in varying states of condition. So £500 for four rims of which three need refurbing seems a bit high.

Tony, take a lot of no notice. There is always somebody who bought it "cheaper" "better" "nearer" "easier" etc etc. Fact is if your selling and they are buying, then they pay your price (negotiated?) or it ain't gonna be theirs. As the meercat says SIMPLE:D!
