I have a few V8 bits for sale which I will be placing on ebay when I have time over the next few weeks. Already listed are:

Full set of Fr and Rear Shox for 75 V8 New (I bought 2 sets as spares for some obscure reason. It seemed like a good idea at the time!)

Centre Console Mk2 s/h
Front Bumper with headlamp w/w and lights in Typhoon. New from the factory (not 260 so no lower skirts)
Rear bumper with some scuffs but no cracks. s/h. With Parking Sensor holes
Set of five Apex wheels, some badly scuffed
Pair of Brand New standard 260 Exhausts, taken off a Demonstrator straight off the transporter
Header Tank cap s/h

The hoses were £27 + VAT. They are on ebay now, with photos. I think £10 would be fair, and I 'll include postage. :D

Here are the photos of the bumper as requested. As you can see, it still has the build sheet stuck to it, and the badge is pristine and not delaminated! It has headlight wash fitted, plus all lights, except one spot. It is Factory painted and has never been fitted to a car as far as I can tell.

Unfortunately it is grey and overcast today (it's grim up north!), and the colour does not come out very well under flash, but you should get the idea.

One picture shows a scratch that I put on it getting it into or out of the attic! It looks much worse on the photo, it's not too noticeable in the flesh. :D

I have a potential buyer at £200.0 on XPower Forums. Please let me know if you are interested, should he pass.

I need a new gear surround trim in silver ( can only get in Black ) as a clip on mine is broken, will you split, or if anyone buys the complete unit, and therefore has a spare silver gear surround trim, it is sold!

I've had a quote from Compressortech in Birmingham, who specialise in "remanufactured" AC compressors.

They quoted me for a new Visteon FS10 compressor (inc clutch) for £245 + VAT. Not sure if that was a recon / exchange or an actual Visteon OEM part as I didn't pursue it any further. They also quoted £25 +vat for a reeiver/dryer and £49.39 + vat for a block valve.

Hmm... The thread over at Xpower mentioned 130£ ish for one from America. Definitely worth investigating in the States even with the shoddy exchange.

If your compressor is 'whining' use ECON mode. This will disengage the compressor and stop it from eventually seizing.
