Any one fitted a decent set of aftermarket alloy's.. Nice looking wheels are hard to find in a high offset for our cars.

Been on the look out for a set of apex alloys. but they are like hen's teeth.

Found these Team Dynamics Equinox 18" alloys on line with a 45mm offset. So should just about fit over those massive front callipers.

Womble has some team dynamic wheels.

Have you checked rimmerbrothers? I thought you could buy a new set of apexs for about 400 quid.

Local X-Part dealer SMG Rover Bristol quoted me £219. each.

I will contact Rimmerbrothers. But that sounds to good to be true at only £100. each.

I like those, Martin.
Personally, I have been looking for some 19" rims with 5 or 6 spokes, black/graphite centre and spokes with silver rim. A bit like the Bullitt wheels or Porsche's old cookie cutters. I haven't found any yet though. I think I will probably go for a wider rear.

Is the offset of 50 mm and 5 studs the only information I need to be sure they fit?

The size will be 5 x 100 et50. Or maybe an et45 mm will just fit. But doubt if you will find any wheels in 19" fitment because this higher offset size is mainly designed for the Subaru Impreza, and 19's do not fit.. Should be a few 18's to choose from, but if you go for a 45 offset, try before you buy!

I've had aftermarket wheels fitted to my car now for the best part of
3 1/2 years now with no probs. The only thing that had to be done was have about 5mm machined from the mounting face. The wheels are 8.5x19 Khan RSC's (2 piece) tyres are 245/35/19 Uniroyal rainsport.

My last V6 had 19 inch wheels, much more suited, any pictures of yours?

Thanks Nick. There was a lovely set of 19" 3-piece Compomotive wheels on XPF for sale last year and I 'ummed and ahhed' for so long I missed them. I've regretted it ever since.

I would like wider at the rear, though (255mm?). Probably means I'm going to have to stick with 18".

Thanks Pete, they sit just right as well i.e. the edge of the tyre wheel is virtually dead level with the edge of the wheel arch when looking down the side of the car.
