No. Where I was dragged up it was considered a 10-year old motor to be a "banger" and usually worthless!

I think here also any car over 10 years old is considered as garbage..

:) Seems I'm never selling my V8 .. After 6 years it needs this and that, tlc .. gotta find another 'special' daily year around driver, and keeping The V8 as a hobby.. or something like that.

How many kilometers does it have now? Mine is getting close to 150,000.
it'll be difficult to find something as special :) how about a Saab?

Nearly 130,000 km. Most outrageus car could be SRT8 Jeep :D

Though Saab looks so good..

I thought of that too but in the end I found it has been less expensive (so far) to maintain the ZT-T V8 and enjoy driving it than buy something newer. That Saab looks quite special, only drawback IMO: it's front wheel drive. But if the turbo is eager it might still be fun.

Well mine (2005 reg), has done +46k miles (74k kilometers). Saab? There will be the same issues of care and maintenance.

The Aussie Vauxhall might be a better fit?
