worth noting that you need a BM54 to operate the single slot CD player in the head unit

Yes, but if you read my post above, you need a BM54 to make the CD player in the head unit work :cool:

This is is a bargain of a head unit, I paid 170 for my last one for the cdti :)

Thats correct, will also work w/ BM24, but without CD then
