I'm your newest member, a few of you might recognise the username from the 75 & ZT OC. I've had a 1.8 75 since 2010 and a 1.8T ZT for a couple of years. I've always liked the V8 (especially after seeing and hearing one!) and now I'm looking seriously . . . . trouble is there's not a lot of them on the market!

Hi Steve and welcome, have you seen the 260 on auto trader 47000 miles under £5000 seems a good buy,do not no if it belongs to a member.

Hi Pete, thanks for that. Although one car had caught my attention I won't have the funds available til mid January so wouldn't be looking seriously til then. If that ones still there I'll make enquiries, only 140 odd miles away.

Hi and welcome, what are you really looking for? Model, colour, miles spec etc etc. there's always more for sale than first appears to be :)

OK, looking for a ZT rather than a 75, saloon, low(ish) miles. I'd prefer a Mk1 (not keen on the facelift front end), high spec. as for colour, not silver (every other car on the road is silver!) or black (my 1.8T is anthracite). However, I suppose if the right car at the right price came along the colour wouldn't bother me. All a bit academic until I have the dosh in mid January.

I hadn't seen the one Pete mentioned as the seller hadn't listed it by engine size, it was under unspecified engine size.

PS: I can't reply to your PM Colin, your inbox is full.

Call off the hounds! I am no longer looking for a 260? All will be revealed soon!

Oh, by the way, that one you pointed me at Pete, 47k on the clock and £5,000. I did phone the number, the guy could have been saying yes the car is available and you can have it for free . . . . http://forums.scifi-nexus.com/images/smilies/nabble/anim_confused.gif I couldn't make out a single word he said. Since discovered the car was in Northern Ireland!
