I think that's VIN #605 used in the MG photoshoot with Matthew Pinsent.

This was in his advert on 03/01/2013

"I AM AWAITING INFORMATION FROM DVLA TO CONFIRM OR DENY, BUT I WAS ADVISED THAT THE ORIGINAL OWNER WAS ONE OF THE PHOENIX 4 WHO BOUGHT OUT ROVER FROM THE ADMINISTRATORS. AT THIS STAGE I CAN ONLY PASS ON WHAT I WAS TOLD. HOPEFULLY DVLA WILL CONFIRM FIRST OWNER. SERVICE BOOK CONFIRMS ITS WAS A ROVER FACTORY FLEET VEHICLE.
ARRIVING WITH ME IN A WEEK APPROX. BOUGHT FROM AN ELDERLY GENTLEMAN WHO HAS OWNED THE CAR SINCE 2005. I UNDERSTAND THE FIRST OWNER WAS ROVER, SECOND WAS PRIVATE WHO OWNED THE CAR FOR 5 MONTHS."Nich.

£10,000 and they can't even be bothered to add some dye to the worn seat bolster on the drivers seat! :(

Noticed that last night.

i called today to ask more info but owner with customers. guy i spoke to said possibility of export to Australia?? Really...

mentioned seat and he said it had been done since initial photos taken.

when asked about price reduction he said he thought it was reduced after customers feedback in the last couple of weeks of "Awaiting Arrival". had offers but not desperate to sell as they will keep it if necessary as they think it will appreciate. fair enough!!

cant make my mind up as to good value for a rare car or not?

lets see how long it stays about.

It seems likely that a R75 V8 with almost 50,000 fewer miles than that one, and newer, may 'appear' in the not too distant future, for around, or not much more than that price...if the one of the forums top chaps gets around to 'preparing' it :p Might be worth waiting for if you're after the auto V8.
