Available via the club shop. To get access you need to fill out the questionairre that was sent out when registering to become a 'green' member

Sorry VMax1000, I didn't mean you, it was Phil68 that double-posted !

It's always a bit of a problem when people double-post as they're getting answers to the same question in two different places.

It happens as there are multiple places to post. As long as the questions get answered.............
