THINK ITS PART NUMBER "Motorcraft BT-68 Belt Tensioner".
MINE IS SQUEALING AS THE SPRING IS WORN.
CAN GET ONE FROM THE STATES BUT CHECKING TO SEE IF ANYONE HAS ONE.

I bought tensioner and both idlers from Rock auto inc P&P it was cheaper than buying in the UK and they arrived in a week

Are you sure it is the spring and it dosen't just need dropping down a notch (That worked with mine!)

Also not sure if the tensioner above will fit a ZT400
All I know is belt squeaks like a banshee on start up and does not appear to be very tight

Mine was the same, Nick just dropped it a couple of holes on the plate, It's been fine since, worth a try.
a 10 minute job.

Yes I wanted the part number. Subsequently AndyG suggested I need only adjust idler pulleys. Thanks Andy.
Brian has confirmed this so I will give it a go
Am now on my third belt

I still use my car for long term durability testing. It is in its second belt at 90+K miles. The front plate mount on the blower has many pulley positions on it to facilitate belt adjustment to take up any differences in belt and spring tensioner production tolerances.
