I have just bought number 45 from Mark Mann (Cheers for the assistance with loading in the snow today Mark ;)) The exhausts didn't scrape too much on the way home (good job it was only 10 miles)

Looking forward to this nice little project :ash

.........(good job it was only 10 miles)
.

It is normally not wise to tow our cars because of the rear diff.

A short distance at low speed should not harm, But change the diff oil anyway.

Looks like someone is breaking a 260 on ebay. The photo of the diff on this item (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MG-ZT-260-V8-REAR-DIFF-/190683305370?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&fits=Model%3AMG+ZT%7CCars+Type%3A260&hash=item2c659c559a#ht_720wt_1105) would suggest that the boot floor is OK is a used one will be OK.

Well after a very long trip to Southampton yesterday, I met up with John who very kindly let me have the boot floor from 577, John then got busy with the grinder and made it fit in my 75 :)

http://i297.photobucket.com/albums/mm215/v8_trike/IMG00238-20120610-1120.jpg

Just want to say a huge thanks to John for letting me have the final piece of my puzzle, and it was good to see number 5 in the flesh - looks a lot better now than in the first pics!!
