It has been discussed due to its sale, looks very nice, dont think the owner is a member here, but if the conversion was done by dreadnought, it is probably worth giving them a call as they will have seen a fair bit of the car!

PS I want that one, but dont have the money

Generally concensus is a bit overpriced, but if you can get em down to 12 I think that would be a good price...

May need to think about this one as just got the insurance quote - bit on the steep side so my have to look for non charged.

Didnt think charger would add that much to the insurance!

Have you tried Peter Best or are you age restricted?!

as Coasting said, shouldn't make much difference with Peter Best Insurance Services. :cool:

Peter Best quoted me a 30% increase in case of Nitrous. All depends on the under-writer.
It's what made me decide against Nitrous...............

but we know of people with them who have had blowers fitted with little change in insurance premium :cool:

Thanks Gents, will give Pete Best a try - as for age, well near half century you Would Think it would not make much difference !

You should be okay I would have thought and Peter Best know these cars and dont tend to load for mods like others would,

Mine is insured for 480 with them including side skirts/exhaust/throttle body mods...

Others wanted 500 with no mods...

I was 49 when Peter Best insured mine on a classic car, 5000 miles per year with an agreed value of 10K for £300 and its Supercharged.
